Delivery Times

We Ship worldwide! 

Once your order is successfully submitted it will be picked, packed, and dispatched. Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days via Australia Post. 

Once your order is on the way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link attached. 

Please note that the estimated delivery times are just estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond the control of Ivy Mae Collection or our distributors. These factors may include extreme weather conditions, technical failures, customs delays, etc. Additionally, please note that during promotional campaigns (such as Christmas or sales), delivery times may be longer than usual.



Delivery Cost

Australia & New Zealand
We offer free shipping for all orders over $150 within Australia & New Zealand. 
Standard Shipping within Australia: $11.95AUD (5-7 business days), Express $15AUD (2-4 business days).
Shipping to New Zealand: $15AUD, (5-10 business days). 

Rest of the world: 
We offer worldwide shipping for $25AUD, Shipping: (10-27 business days)
* Please keep in mind, your country may charge tax on overseas purchases. This is out of our control and the buyers responsibility. 

Damaged or Incorrect Item

We strive to resolve any issues with damaged or incorrect items as quickly as possible. If you discover a fault, please email us with a description of the issue so we can address it.

Confirmation Email Not Received

If you did not receive a confirmation email after placing your order, please check your spam or trash folder as it may have been filtered. If you still cannot find the email or any information in your account, please contact us at info@ivymaecollection.com.

Missing Order
