Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused with tags still attached.

Your items can be returned for a store credit or exchange within 30 days from the delivery date.

If you are requesting a refund this must be lodged within 15 days of the delivery date. Refund requests will have a $10.00 shipping fee deducted from the refund of the total return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will send you a prepaid shipping label for these returns if your request is done within 15 days of delivery date. 

Refunds & Exchanges
When we receive your return you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
